At 80% already, I think you are likely to go in the next week. My doc said a lot of women are dilated for a long time from anywhere between 1-4 or more for a long time, but won't be much effaced. But at 80%, sounds like you are gearing up, and yes, hopefully you will have a quick labor when you do go.
